SHIPPING & PACKAGING INFORMATION
KAOS JAMMER’s engagement is to get your orders to you as quickly as possible in a perfect condition. All packages are insured to 100% of the value, and KAOS JAMMER Delivery Protection can be used to ensure immediate re-shipment if a package is lost or damaged.
All orders are securely packaged. Premium and Express orders are further protected in an untearable polyurethane satchel, ensuring that your package is not tampered with during delivery.
To ensure privacy and reduce theft, all packages are anonymous – there is no mention of product contents or KAOS JAMMER branding on the outside of the packaging.
KAOS JAMMER provides free premium shippings:
Premium Delivery is our default shipping option: fast and reliable delivery via courier. Depending on the destination, Premium Delivery use UPS, DHL, Chronopost or Colissimo.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship world-wide, Due to the current situation, shipping to the Ukraine could be not possible.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
KAOS JAMMER dispatches orders Monday – Friday.
All orders placed before 12PM GMT+1 will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after this cutoff time will be dispatched the next business day.
- An order placed Friday, 9AM GMT+1 will be dispatched the same day.
- An order placed on Friday, 6PM GMT+1 will be dispatched Monday.
- An order placed on Saturday will be dispatched Monday

Please note – a purchase is an explicit agreement of our terms and conditions. Any products refused by clients will not be refunded.
PURCHASE SECURITY VALIDATION MAY BE APPLIED
To protect against credit card fraud, orders may be flagged for Purchase Security Validation. In this instance, we will reach out to the customer to perform a manual verification process.
Orders that are flagged for Purchase Security Validation are considered to be incomplete until validated. Our delivery deadline obligations begin only when an order is validated.
IS MY DELIVERY PROTECTED?
All KAOS JAMMER shipments are insured with the carrier.
KAOS JAMMER Delivery Protection means we remain fully responsible for the package right up to delivery. If the package is lost or damaged, the package can be resent immediately (48 business hours) upon receipt of proof.
For orders without Delivery Protection, lost or damaged packages will pass through the carrier’s protocols, which can take well over 30 days.
For orders that are time-sensitive, we recommend Lab401 Delivery Protection.
Delivery Protection can be purchased at checkout easily and cheaply.
Orders placed on the kaosammer.com site could be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and most international countries.
Please allow 3 -21 days to receive your order. Most orders are dispatched between 7-14 days, but there are many reasons why an order could be delayed (war, covid, etc.)
Orders placed before 2PM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2PM PST will be shipped the following business day, excluding holidays and weekends.
Please note that all orders can be shipped to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address.
Our transit times are based on USPS, FedEx and other curriers that we use, the delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.
All costs if shipping are included in the price, all the shippings are free.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
Signature is required for all deliveries and DHL will coordinate delivery with you directly by notifying you when they plan on delivering your order. You will have the option to have DHL change your delivery instructions with one of the following choices.
- Schedule Delivery (Alternative Days or Time)
- Leave in Safe Place Options
- Leave with a Neighbor
- Alternate Address
- Vacation Hold
- Collect from a DHL Express Service Center
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes and are usually included in the price at checkout. In the rare case that they apply we cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. These fees are charged by the country of import so we have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more info. At this time, we do not have the ability to estimate taxes and delivery before delivery.
Duty is a tariff payable on goods imported. Your ship-to country collects duty and taxes on imported goods, on behalf of the Government. The rates of duty are established by the Department of Finance and can vary significantly from one product to another and one country to another. Customs and duties are based on various factors, but specifically: Country of Origin (manufacturing and textiles), and value of an item (original value, even if the item is on sale).
There can be additional fees upon delivery beyond taxes and duties.
